Small Orders
Orders need to be placed 4 days in advance (Or within the deposit time frame for larger events). Orders made after this time frame will have a $5.00 if they order is able to be completed.
No deposit is needed
Small Events/Orders
A Non-Refundable Deposit needs to be paid in 1/2 7 days prior to the event and in full by the day of the event prior to delivery.
Changes may be made to the order up to 5 days prior the event, but without refund and with possible addition payment recieved within 3 days
Cancellations made 0 – 5 days prior to the event will not be refunded
Large Events/Orders
A Non-Refundable Deposit needs to be paid in 1/2 90 days prior to the event and in full 30 days prior to the event
Changes may be made to the order up to 14 days prior the event, but without refund 30 days prior to the event or addition payment recieved within 3 days
Cancellations made 60 – 90 days prior to the event will recieve a 50% refund (not inclucding the Non-refundable deposit)
Cancellations made 30 – 59 days prior to the event will recieve a 25% refund (not inclucding the Non-refundable deposit)
Cancellations made 0 – 29 days prior to the event will not be refunded
Rentals:
You will receive your deposit back after the stand is cleaned and returned as it was received
Additional $10 per day starts after 3:00pm the day after the event
In lieu of freezing your cake, wedding orders will recieve a gift card for a FREE 4″ Round Cake or 1 Dozen Cupcakes for their 1 year anniversary
